Register to Vote!

The general election is November 4th! Because of the importance of this election, the polls will be very busy so please plan accordingly. If you need an absentee ballot or have any other questions or concerns please contact Berks County Elections Services at Election Services.

When completed, please mail your Voter Registration Form to:

How to Register?

To be eligible to vote, you must be:

A citizen of the United States for at least one month before the next primary, special, municipal, or general election. A resident of Pennsylvania and the election district in which the individual desires to register and vote for at least 30 days before the next primary, special, municipal, or general election. At least 18 years of age on or before the day of the next primary, special, municipal, or general election.


Note: You are not registered to vote until your application has been filled out, processed and accepted by the Berks County’s registration office. If accepted, the county registration office will send you, via non-forward able mail, a Voter Identification Card within 14 days of your application. If you do not receive a card, you can contact the Voter Services office at 610.478.6490.
